I'm Laura, a brand designer at Vaisala with 14 years in the creative industry. I specialize in brand development, design systems, and bringing AI into the creative process.
My career has moved from hands-on graphic design toward increasingly strategic and leadership-oriented work. At hasan & partners, I served as supervisor and design lead for a multidisciplinary production team — coaching talent, improving workflows, and building the standards and onboarding materials that helped the team deliver more consistently. That combination of creative skill and operational thinking is what I bring to every role.
At Vaisala, I contribute to developing brand guidelines, creating process documentation, and improving creative workflows — helping ensure brand consistency and efficiency across the organisation. My work sits at the point where creative direction meets business objectives.
What drives me is making brands work — not just look good, but connect meaningfully to business strategy. I focus on building the systems, processes, and visual foundations that let good design scale across an organisation.
I'm also deeply interested in how AI is changing creative work. I use AI tools as part of my design process, from concept development to production workflows, and I actively explore what these tools mean for the future of brand design.
